Restaurant de l'Hôtel-de-Ville "Chez l'père Glôzu"  : local specialties

The concept: In the heart of the old town, this restaurant is the ambassador of Geneva gastronomy. On the menu, local specialties (geneva) like some essentials of the terroir of the end of the lake and the country.

The décor: The brewery occupies the former home of Huguenot Tuscans who fled to Geneva in the 16th century. Terrace on the cobblestones of the Grand-Rue and typical carnotzet.

On the plate: beautifully staged terroir. The Geneva sausage Longeole IGP and its gratin of Cardoons from Plainpalais are a must. AOC wine list of Geneva estates exhaustive. And the must-have Swiss dishes: minced veal, rostis and fondues.

The addition: CHF 22.- to 39.- à la carte. Dish of the day CHF 20.-

Plus: the “Special Geneva” burger with longeole IGP sausage.
